An alarming number of pastors are giving up and are throwing in the towel. In fact, many don’t even make it to year 5 in ministry. I believe, oftentimes, we pastors aren’t leading ourselves well and are stagnating on growing in our leadership of others. And when we fall into that, difficulties seem more difficult, hardships seem harder, and pain feels more painful. But there’s another way.
